We were all able to come home together yesterday afternoon. The docs pushed up the release from Friday since all of Archer’s tests came back great. That first night was a tough one! Archer had some trouble getting used to the bedroom and didn’t sleep for more than about ninety minutes at a time. He is doing much better now and is going about three hours between feedings. Woohoo! Sleep!

We’re getting ready to go downstairs to feed Archer so I’m making this one quick. He is now eating normally and they have turned off the bed heater and removed most of the monitoring equipment.

Archer Matthew Dudenhoffer arrived after 23 hours of labor at 2:22 in the morning of November 18, weighing in at 8 pounds and 4.1 ounces, and with a length of 20.5 inches.
