After enjoying the playground for about an hour Archer got bored and decided this fire hydrant was more fun.

We attended Trike-a-thon 2012 a couple weekends ago. It’s a fundraising/social gathering for Archer’s preschool. Archer and Andrue, his best friend, stuck pretty close together all day. Arch was a bit apprehensive about joining the crowd on his trike but he warmed up to it eventually. The actual riding didn’t last more than a couple minutes and then it was time for BBQ, ice cream, games, and the playground. The weather was a perfect 74 degrees. It was fun watching him climb all over the playground. It makes me a bit sad that we don’t have any good climbing trees in the back yard, since that was one of my favorite things to do when I was little.
